I draw worlds that feel lived in.

I’m Jagriti, a concept artist and designer in London. I’m drawn to the quiet logic of invented places: who lives there, what they believe, what they’ve left behind.

Most of my worlds begin in a book. I’ll read something that stays with me, and before I know it I’m sketching what it might look like. Then I keep going back to it, again and again, until the place starts to feel real. That’s my favourite part, when a drawing stops being just a drawing and becomes somewhere I could actually walk into.
